The Welcome Party which will be held at Madarao Kougen Restaurant "Heidi", is open to all racers, supporters and race staff. There will be plenty of food and refreshments as well as regional entertainment.

Sep. 19 11:30-13:00 Awards ceremony at Myoko Akakura Gymnasium
All racers, pacers and supporters are welcome to the awards ceremony. Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
(*1) A race shuttle bus will be stopping at bus stops near the various accommodations to take racers and pacers to the race start line.
(*2) Pacer shuttle bus (for pacers only): Departs Madarao Kougen at 7:00 ~ spectator stops in between ~ arrives at Akakura Gymnasium at 9:00 ~stops by convenience store & spectator stop ~ arrives at 11:00 Sasagamine Kougen Green House ~ 12:00
(*3) Race shuttle buses available from Iizuna Kougen (finish line) to the various accommodations in the Myoko area / Departs once an hour from 16:30 to 4:30 next day
(*4) Race shuttle bus departs 13:30 from Myoko Kougen to Madarao Kougen. A bus will also depart Myoko Kougen at 13:30 for JR Joestu Myoko Station.
A hot springs (onsen) with a bath/showers will be available between Sep. 18 @16:00 to Sep. 19 @4:00 at the "Azalea Iizuna" located near the finish line. (Hot springs admission fee: 500 yen)
